Miss Stringer

Hello! My name is Amber Stringer, and I am so excited to get to know each and every one of your scholars! I graduated from Illinois Wesleyan University in 2018 where I pursued my passion of elementary education, Hispanic studies, and reading education. I truly believe that we are lifelong learners so I am continuing my education at National Louis University where I am taking classes to be endorsed in English as a Second Language (ESL). Some of the experiences I had which led me here include the following: teaching English in Querétaro, Mexico, teaching summer school in Chicago Public Schools (CPS) through the Golden Apple Foundation, and mentoring at-risk youth through a reading education program. I would love to share more about these experiences with you so please don't hesitate to contact me!
